About Cooper Magnetic Wafer (CMW)
Cooper Magnetic Wafer find application in LED epitaxy, micro light-emitting diode displays, high-power LEDs, and various other contexts. Notably, the copper magnetic wafers can be fashioned into light-emitting diode dies smaller than 25 micrometers, presenting a viable solution to the susceptibility of micro substrates to breakage. Serving as the light-emitting layer carrier substrate, their implementation not only streamlines the production process but also elevates the brightness and energy efficiency of the LED die. Furthermore, their magnetic property effectively mitigates the challenge of mass transfer of Micro LEDs. Additionally, the copper magnetic wafer can function as the chip carrier substrate for the vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL), thereby enhancing emission distance and brightness while addressing long-term heat dissipation concerns.
